Run every client campaign in one place

Reffero is the workspace agencies in Nepal use to pitch, run and report creator campaigns. Real audience data to build the proposal on, tracked links so every order resolves to a creator, and contracts and payouts handled in rupees. Your clients see the results. They do not see the spreadsheet.

Three things slowing your campaigns down.

None of them are talent. They are all the admin sitting between the brief and the invoice.

The pitch is built on adjectives

You are asked why these creators and the honest answer is experience. Without audience data the proposal argues from taste, and the client discounts it accordingly.

The campaign lives in six places

A spreadsheet of handles, a folder of drafts, a WhatsApp group per creator, and a courier receipt somewhere. Nothing reconciles, and the junior who held it together has left.

The report is screenshots

Reach and likes, pasted into a deck. It proves the post went up. It does not prove anything sold, which is the number the client renews on.

Pitch it, run it, report it.

One workspace across all three, so the creator you argued for in the proposal is the same one the report pays out.

  1. Build the proposal on real numbers

Search creators by niche, audience age and location, engagement against followers, and what they have actually sold before. Media kits update themselves from Instagram and TikTok, so the deck you send is current on the day you send it.

  2. Run it without the spreadsheet

Fees, deliverables and dates signed before anyone shoots. Drafts and approvals in one thread, PR shipments tracked by courier, and every creator on a link that carries its own attribution.

  3. Hand over a report that holds up

Reach, views and engagement per creator, next to orders and revenue those creators actually produced. Export it and put it in front of the client without rebuilding it as slides.

The number your client renews on.

Screenshots prove a post existed. Attribution proves it sold something. That is the difference between a campaign you defend and a campaign you repeat.

Every order traced to a handle

Each creator carries their own tracked link, so an order resolves to the creator, the product and the day without a discount code to remember.

Live while it runs

You are not waiting for a wrap report to find out a creator underperformed. You can see it on day three and move the budget.

Exports your client can keep

PDF and Excel out of the same data you watched it on, so nothing is retyped and nothing drifts between the dashboard and the deck.

Every client, one login.

An agency is not one campaign. It is nine of them at different stages for different brands, and they should not need nine tools.

Campaigns separated by client

Each brand keeps its own briefs, creators, contracts and reporting. Nothing bleeds between accounts, and a creator can sit on two of them without confusing either.

Your team, the right access

Bring the people who run the account in without handing over the whole agency. Ownership of the data stays with you.

The creator relationship stays yours

Creators you already work with come with you. Reffero handles the contract and the payout; the relationship is still the one you built.

Agency questions, answered plainly.

How is this priced for an agency?

Per campaign rather than per seat, quoted on the size of the campaign and how many you run. Tell us how many clients and roughly how many campaigns a quarter and we will come back with a number.

Can we run several clients from one account?

Yes. Campaigns are separated by client, each with their own briefs, creators, contracts and reporting, under one login for your team.

Do our clients see Reffero, or do they see us?

Reports export as files you present. If you need the workspace itself carrying your branding in front of a client, that is a conversation worth having with us directly rather than a checkbox.

What about the creators we already work with?

Bring them. Add them to a campaign and the contract, the tracked link and the payout run through Reffero, while the relationship stays yours. You are not handing your roster to anyone.

Does Reffero compete with us?

Reffero also runs campaigns directly for brands that ask, and we are straight about that. Agency accounts are separated, your client list is not visible to us as a sales list, and we do not approach the brands you bring.

How long does it take to get running?

A first campaign can be briefed the same week. The longer part is usually agreeing scope with your client, not setting anything up here.

Bring us a client and a brief.

Tell us how many clients you run and what a normal campaign looks like for you, and we will come back with an approach and a number. A person replies, within one working day.
