Get hired for brand campaigns, and paid in rupees

Reffero is brand campaign management for Nepal. Brands brief their campaigns here and pick creators on what an audience actually does, so the media kit that gets you found keeps itself current. Fee, deliverables and dates are signed before you shoot, and the fee lands in a wallet that also holds your commission and chiya support, in rupees.

How a brand campaign runs from your side.

Brands run the same campaign from the other side of the app, with a budget the platform holds for them.

01

Getting discovered

Your media kit builds itself from Instagram and TikTok, so followers, engagement and past collabs stay current without being typed into a deck. Brands search on that, which is how a smaller account with a sharp audience gets picked.

02

Applying, or being invited

Brands publish briefs and invite creators directly, and both routes end at the same contract. How many collabs in your niche you can see moves with your plan: three on Free, fifteen on Pro, all of them on Premium. Applying to open collabs starts on Pro.

03

Agreeing the work

Fee, deliverables and dates go into a digital contract you sign in the app. Negotiation is part of it rather than a separate chat thread, and every version stays on record.

04

PR, drafts and approvals

Products sent for review ship with courier tracking, so you know what is coming and when: one package a month on Free, five on Pro, twenty on Premium. You upload the draft, the brand approves it or returns it with a reason attached, and a draft left unreviewed auto approves after 48 hours.

Proof you can show the next brand.

Your media kit refreshes itself from Instagram and TikTok rather than waiting to be updated.

The kit keeps itself current

Followers, engagement and past collabs are what a brand reads before it invites you, and they are also the fastest way to see which direction your own numbers are moving.

Metrics come off the live post

On a collab, views, likes and reach are scraped from the live post instead of being reported by hand, so both sides count the campaign the same way and nobody is asked for a screenshot.

Sales, not only reach

Attach affiliate links and the record goes further than reach: clicks and delivered orders sit against your link too. A creator who can say what their audience bought, and not only how many people saw it, walks into the next negotiation with a different number.

  • What stays on your record
  • Followers and engagement, refreshed from Instagram and TikTok
  • Past collabs, kept on the profile brands read
  • Views, likes and reach from every live collab post
  • Clicks and delivered orders against your own link

One audience, two ways it pays.

A campaign fee is one of them. The other pays whether or not a brand is hiring, and one post can carry both at once.

01

A fee for the content itself

That is the campaign side above, and it pays for the work rather than the result: a fee agreed and signed before you shoot, owed for delivering what the brief asked for whether or not a single person buys anything.

02

Commission on what your picks deliver

Recommend a product with a tracked link and you earn a share of the commission on every delivered order. Nothing is upfront and nothing is capped: a pick that keeps selling keeps paying, and your plan decides how much of that commission stays with you.

03

Both, from the same post

Attach your affiliate links to a collab and one post pays twice: a fee for making it, commission on every order it delivers, and a result you can show the next brand that asks what your audience actually does.

Curated picks, every one of them tracked back to you.

Pick a product a brand has listed, generate a tracked link, and it becomes one of your picks.

What a tracked link carries

  • A commission rule set by the brand that listed the product
  • Checkout with cash on delivery or QR, inside Reffero
  • 30 day last click attribution, tracked server side
  • Clicks, orders and rupees counted against your link
  • A page at reffero.bio/your_name to gather your picks on

Nobody has to approve you

There is no vendor approval step and no negotiation to sit through: if a product is listed, you can recommend it today. Affiliate work on Reffero is self serve from the first link to the first payout.

The sale finishes inside Reffero

Where the sale finishes is the part that decides everything. A link that throws your audience onto another website loses most of them at the redirect, so checkout happens inside Reffero instead. Your customer buys with a phone number, pays cash on delivery or by QR, and installs nothing.

Thirty days of last click, tracked server side

Every click, order and rupee stays attributed to your link for a full 30 days, tracked server side rather than in a browser. Someone who taps your story on Sunday and orders on Friday is still your sale.

One page your picks live on

Your picks need somewhere to live, so the account comes with a page of its own at reffero.bio/your_name, carrying your colors and your banner. It is the one link you can put in every bio you own, and it is where Buy Me a Chiya sits too.

What your customer does

  1. Taps your link
  2. Picks a variant
  3. Leaves a phone number
  4. Pays cash or by QR

What happens between the post and the payout.

  1. Your customer orders

They open your link, pick a variant and check out with a phone number. Cash on delivery and QR both settle inside Reffero, so the order is recorded against your link the moment it is placed.

  2. The commission locks

When the order is confirmed your share locks in your wallet. It is visible straight away and it cannot be reassigned, which is what keeps a delivered sale from turning into an argument about who sent it.

  3. Delivery releases it

Courier tracking from partners such as Kalpa and Pathao syncs back on its own. When the order is marked delivered the locked amount is released and becomes yours to withdraw.

  4. You withdraw in rupees

Balances are held and paid in Nepali rupees. Collab fees and chiya support land in the same wallet, so there is one balance to read rather than three.

Support that does not need a product.

Not every audience is ready to buy something, and not every creator wants to sell.

A small gift instead of an order

Buy Me a Chiya lets the people who follow you send a small gift instead. A chiya costs Rs 50, the payment is a QR scan, and they can leave a message with it.

One switch, one wallet

Two taps for them, one switch for you, and it lands in the same wallet as your commissions. It is on the free plan, so turning it on costs nothing.

What creators ask before they sign up.

How do brands find me for a campaign?

Through your media kit, which builds itself from Instagram and TikTok so followers, engagement and past collabs stay current. Brands search on that and then either invite you directly or publish a brief you can apply to.

How do creators earn on Reffero?

Two ways. A fee for the content itself when a brand hires you for a campaign, agreed and signed before you shoot, and commission on the products you recommend, paid out once the order is delivered. The same post can carry both at once.

Can I run a brand collab and affiliate links together?

Yes, and the same post can do both. The collab pays a fee for the content and the affiliate links pay commission on the orders that content delivers.

What does a paid plan change?

How much of the commission you keep, how many collabs in your niche you can see, whether you can apply to open collabs, and how many PR packages you can receive in a month. Applying to open collabs starts on Pro.

How much commission do I keep?

Forty percent of the commission on the free plan, 60 percent on Pro at Rs 999 a month, and 92.5 percent on Premium at Rs 1,499 a month. The commission itself is set per product by the brand that listed it.

When does the money actually reach me?

Your share locks in your wallet when an order is confirmed and is released for withdrawal when the courier marks it delivered. Collab fees and chiya support land in the same wallet, and balances are held and paid in Nepali rupees.

Do I need a brand to approve me before I can earn commission?

No. Affiliate work is self serve: pick a listed product, generate the link, post it. Approval only exists on the collab side, where a brand is paying you a fee for content.

What is Buy Me a Chiya?

Micro tipping on your Reffero page. A chiya is Rs 50, supporters pay by QR and can add a message, and the amount lands in the same wallet as your commission.
