Run the campaign. We find the creators for it.

Reffero is brand campaign management for Nepal, and this is the self serve side of it. Brief the campaign, and the creators who fit it are matched on what their audience actually does rather than on follower count. Contract, drafts, PR and reporting run in the same place, and you read views, likes and reach per creator while the campaign is still open.

The right creators for the campaign, not the biggest ones.

Follower count answers one question, and it is rarely the one you have.

01

A directory, not a roster

Search creators across Instagram and TikTok inside the app. What you are reading is a media kit that refreshes itself from those platforms, so followers, engagement and past collabs are current rather than typed into a deck last quarter.

02

The bigger account is often the wrong one

Engagement, category and the shape of an audience decide whether a creator fits the campaign. Those sit beside the follower number rather than behind it, so a sharp mid sized account is findable.

03

Invite, or open the brief

Invite the creators you already want, or publish the collab and let creators apply to it. Both routes end at the same contract, and the free plan includes a collab so the flow can be run once before it is bought.

04

How far the directory opens

The free tier reaches creators under 3,000 followers, Pro reaches under 10,000 with five profile views a day, and Premium opens the directory in full with unlimited views. What moves between plans is depth of access, not a different product.

Brief, contract, drafts, report.

  1. Write the brief and set the budget

Deliverables, dates and fees go in up front. The app holds the campaign budget, so a counter offer can never quietly blow past it.

  2. Sign before anything is shot

Scope, fee and go live dates lock into a digital contract both sides sign in the app. Negotiation happens there too, and every version of it stays on record.

  3. Approve the draft, or send it back

Drafts arrive in the app for review. Approve them, or return them with a reason attached so the next version answers it. A draft left unreviewed auto approves after 48 hours, which is as much a deadline for your team as for the creator.

  4. Track the deliverables to the end

Which creator is activated, which content is published and which deliverables are still outstanding sit on one view rather than across chat threads, so chasing is reading a list instead of remembering who owes what.

Read the campaign while it is still running.

The usual sequence is that the content goes live, screenshots get collected, a spreadsheet gets updated, and a report lands after the campaign has ended. By then there is nothing left to change.

One view from the first post

Live collab tracking puts the campaign on one view from the first post: creators activated, content published, deliverables still pending. Views, likes and reach are scraped from the live posts rather than reported by hand, so nobody is waiting on a creator to send a screenshot.

Per creator, not per campaign

Reach and engagement sit per creator rather than per campaign, which is the read that lets you move budget off a creator who is not landing while the campaign is still open.

Exported the moment it is needed

The whole thing exports to PDF or Excel the moment somebody needs it in a deck, with the same figures the dashboard is showing rather than a version rebuilt by hand.

  • What a campaign reports
  • Creators activated and content published
  • Views, likes and reach pulled from the live posts
  • Deliverables approved, pending and overdue
  • Reach and engagement per creator, not per campaign
  • The whole thing exported to PDF or Excel

Products in the right hands, with tracking on them.

A seeded product should leave a record, not a memory.

Ship it through the platform

PR packages go out with courier tracking attached, so a seeded product is a record rather than a parcel somebody remembers sending.

Reffero packaging, or your own

Free and Pro plans ship in Reffero packaging. Premium ships in yours, and adds brand protection and onboarding support.

A seeding round you can report on

Who received what, when it shipped and when it arrived sit on one list, so the seeding round ends with a report rather than a guess about which parcel reached whom.

Where a campaign budget actually sits.

Fees, budgets and payouts settled by the platform rather than by a spreadsheet.

01

The budget is held, not remembered

A campaign budget is held by the app once the collab is running, and every counter offer is checked against what is left of it. That is what stops a negotiation from quietly ending above the number the campaign was approved at.

02

Fees are signed, then settled

Every collab fee is agreed in the contract both sides sign in the app, and it settles through the platform when the work is delivered, so nobody is reconciling promises out of a chat thread at the end of the month.

03

Cost and outcome on one record

What a creator was paid and what their content did hang off the same record, so the campaign report does not have to be stitched together between a fee sheet and an analytics export.

Or hand the whole campaign to us.

Everything above is the platform your own team drives. Reffero also runs campaigns as a managed service: creator selection argued rather than asserted, and rate benchmarking, contracts, the content calendar and payouts taken off your desk. Tell us the campaign and we will scope it.

What brands ask first.

How is this different from hiring creators directly?

The brief, the contract, the drafts, the budget and the reporting sit in one place instead of across chat threads, and the campaign carries tracked links. What you get back is revenue per creator rather than a folder of screenshots.

How do I find the right creators?

Search the directory across Instagram and TikTok. Every profile is a media kit that refreshes itself from those platforms, so engagement, category and past collabs sit beside the follower number rather than behind it. Invite the creators you want, or publish the brief and let creators apply.

Can I see how a campaign is doing before it ends?

Yes. Live collab tracking shows creators activated, content published and deliverables still pending, and views, likes and reach are scraped from the live posts rather than reported by hand. The campaign exports to PDF or Excel whenever you need it.

What does it cost?

Brands are quoted per campaign. The plans decide directory access, how many collabs you can run, how many products you can list and how your PR ships. Book a demo and we will price the campaign you actually want to run.

How is a sale attributed to a creator?

Every creator carries a tracked link. Checkout completes inside Reffero, and the order stays attributed to that link on a 30 day last click basis, tracked server side rather than in the browser.

Do I pay a creator who does not sell anything?

On the affiliate side, no. Commission is owed on delivered orders only. A collab is different: it is a fee for content, agreed and signed before the work starts.

Can I ship PR without running a paid collab?

Yes. PR packages ship with courier tracking on every plan, in Reffero packaging on Free and Pro and in your own packaging on Premium.

Can Reffero run the campaign for us?

Yes. Everything on this page is the platform your own team drives, and the same infrastructure is available with our team running the campaign instead, from creator selection through to payouts. Message us on WhatsApp and we will scope it.
