Sponsored post disclosure checker

Paste a caption and see straight away whether a follower would know it is paid. Nepal's National Advertising Policy 2026 calls for sponsored and influencer content to be declared, and this is the quickest way to check before it posts.

Do sponsored posts need a label in Nepal?

Nepal's National Advertising Policy 2026 calls for sponsored and influencer content to be declared. The simplest way to stay on the right side of it is the platform's own paid partnership tool plus a plain label in the caption.

Which labels count?

Plain words a follower recognises: #ad, sponsored, paid partnership, or the Nepali words for sponsored or advertisement. For a product you were given rather than paid for, gifted works. A vague tag like #collab on its own is easy to miss.

Why does the position of the label matter?

Instagram and TikTok cut a caption short after roughly its first line or two. A label buried at the end of a block of hashtags is technically there and practically invisible.

Is what I paste stored?

No. The check runs in your browser. Only if you ask for the campaign review do we receive anything, and then only what you send in the form.
